It would be interesting to compare these two photographs with two taken of the moon shining over the water - there is definitely a golden glow here and, presumably, there would be a silves glow in moonlight. Have you any moon photos for comparison?
Don't think that I have at the moment, but will have to go out and try when we next have a Full Moon.
